SUMMARY:AGM and Annual Awards 25th September
DESCRIPTION:This year the AGM and Annual Awards Presentation will be held on Sunday 25th September – from 4:45pm @ The Bartley Hotel.  Food is available for purchase so please stay afterward and join us for dinner.\n The annual key exchange will occur at the AGM – Padlocks will get changed on the 26th thus requiring a different key to open them. From the 26th of September, your current Purple key will no longer work.  If you cannot make the AGM, you can exchange the key by arrangement.\n This year, more than ever, we need new committee members – \nThroughout the year, a few committee members have had to step away due to personal reasons.  The latest is our Treasurer / Secretary.  This leaves the committee operationally short and unable to function correctly. \nAfter four years on the committee, the time has come for me to step away from my duties; therefore, I do not intend to re-stand as President. \nAttached is the Committee Nomination form – all positions are considered vacant. To nominate for a position on the committee complete form and return to westlakes@paddle.org.au\nThe Committee needs to consist of between 5 and 7 members that are over 18 years old. Please consider nominating yourself to become part of the Committee or to undertake other roles outside the committee.
